Islamic Finance House Company welcome’s a new strategic Partner

Islamic Finance House Company welcomed its new strategic Partner Jordan Engineering Association, the partnership agreement was signed on the 25th March 2018, and the agreement included an equity investment of JD 1.5 Million with a share of 14.25% from Islamic Finance House Company registered Capital.

This Partnership with Jordan Engineering association is considered to be a unique milestone for Islamic Finance House Company and in alignment with IFHC’s Board of Directors expectations, whom have implemented the highest level of corporate governance, administrative and credit policies in addition to best marketing practices in the local market, all that had a great impact on the company, allowing it to be one of the strongest startups in 2018.

Eng. Majed Al-Tabba commented on this partnership agreement saying: “This agreement is part of the association’s efforts to provide the best financial services to its fellow engineers, noting that this partnership with Islamic Finance House Company happened due to the fact that IFHC is committed to providing very high-quality Shari'a Compliance Financing products.”  

On the other hand, Mr Fawaz Ghanem, Vice Chairman of IFHC Board of Directors mentioned that this deal came as a result of IFHC Pursuit to create strategic partnerships which allow it to expand its business, enhance dividends and reduce risk distribution, in alignment with the company’s overall objectives. Having that being said we do believe that through this agreement IFHC will be able to support the Jordanian economy through its financing services that meet the local market segments needs including SME’s sector.

Mr. Hisham Jaber, CEO of IFHC Emphasized on the importance of this partnership saying: “this is not only a financial partnership, on the contrary this is unique practical partnership that will allow IFHC to execute its development roadmap for the period from 2018 – 2023 that includes products development, branches expansion and other key important projects, which will contribute in making the company one of the leaders in the financing sector in Jordan.”   

It’s worth mentioning that Islamic Financing House Company is a private shareholding company that works in the field of financing for Retail and Corporate sectors established in 28/02/2016 by several local and Arab businessmen working in different fields and sectors.
